Does it cost anything to be a member of Talk City?

Starter Membership, which allows you full use of message boards and chat rooms (via Java chat) is free. For more advanced options, or if you wish to operate your own chat room, you will need a to purchase a premium membership plan. For more information on membership options, click here.

Why do people give me a hard time about using all caps?

Typing in all caps is considered shouting.
